Going through right now? Don’t be discouraged. You will inevitably enter your divinely ordained season wherein God liberates you and gives you a brand-new lease on life. It’s about to happen for you. God is going to give you a breakthrough for a specific purpose!

In today’s inspiration, Dianna Hobbs asks a simple but powerful question: Is your faith in the storm or in the One who has power to calm it? Where your faith lies determines how you react to crisis, sickness, struggle, and adversity. Either you trust or you panic. Which one will you choose to do?

God is sending you some encouragement today in the storm. He is saying, nothing and nobody will harm you. You have no reason to fear. God has given you power over the enemy. Power over the storm. Power over whatever comes against you. Be encouraged!

Perhaps you are going through a tough season. If so, cling to the assurance that the Lord will do what only He can by causing even this—as ugly, intimidating, unfortunate, unpleasant, and difficult as it may be—to work out for your good! Trust the Lord in every season, friend.

Sometimes, storms rip through all of our lives, leaving us shattered and wrecked. But did you know that God is in the wreckage with you? That’s not all. At the appointed time, He will put the pieces of your life back together. Continue to hope in God. He will never leave you!

When you show up that means you don’t give up, because you believe that God will make you victorious in every circumstance. And the good news is that when you show up in faith, God shows out in a big way—and that’s precisely what He’s about to do for you!

What do you need in your life today? Friend, if you are struggling in any way, through this devotion, God is drawing you close to Him and saying, “Seek me.” He wants to be everything you need. You don’t have to carry that burden alone. Invite God into your situation right now, and watch what He does!

God is speaking to you through this devotion and reminding you to make room for Him. He wants to strengthen you, renew you, restore you, empower you, and anoint you afresh. He wants to stretch forth His hand and rekindle the flames of faith within you and give you whatever you need to go on.

Satan wants you to believe that generational curses have power over you, that you are doomed to repeat negative cycles, that you are the sum total of what you have witnessed and experienced, and that your history is your destiny. But he’s a liar! Jesus is a cycle-breaker.

Have you been patiently waiting for fulfillment of God’s word? Listen. Whatever God says will happen will absolutely happen. God’s word is true. You simply must believe for the manifestation. The evidence may be a little slow coming, but everything God promised shall come to pass.

Today, hear the voice of the Good Shepherd reminding you that He loves you; that He doesn’t want you to be afraid; that He wants you to be confident that He is walking with you in the darkest, deepest valleys; and that He will see to it that no weapon formed against you will prosper.

Even when you don’t have every desire met, you have a loving Father who will supply every need. In seasons of lack, loss, sickness, persecution, betrayal, adversity, and discouragement, remember that you are favored by the Father. And His favor is invaluable!

Don’t let life circumstances make you forget that the promises in God’s word are for you. He has not forgotten you or overlooked your situation. Today, take ownership of the good things He says in Scripture. Believe that you will receive what He says. And watch what God does!

It will rain in your life. You will have hard times. You will cry. There will be tragedy and trauma. All these things are unavoidable, and none of us gets to skip over the process of going through struggles. But God will work it out for your good, turn your mourning into dancing, and your tragedy into triumph!

Are you making room for God or are you too busy for that? You don’t have to have all the answers and work yourself into the ground. You shouldn’t feel obligated to be perfect, on-point, booked and busy all the time. God is more interested in you making space for Him.

Jehovah, who is God our savior, is going to deliver you out of your struggles and afflictions. It might seem like things are too hard, and it may not look good today. But you have to remember that His power is greater than your greatest opposition. And surely, He will bring you out for His glory!
