The Lord will open up the way

Do you remember I told you in a recent post that my social media team had been unable to resolve a Facebook issue, and we were locked out of my verified page since October 29th? Well, yesterday, I received good news. The issue is all resolved, and I am able to continue connecting with you on my official Facebook page.  Praise God!

The lockout was surely inconvenient, and it cut off access to thousands of precious people who have testified that their lives are enriched through their connection to the online community. As you can imagine, I was eager to get back to the ministry of encouragement over there. However, because of how God uses social media to bless others, I knew the Lord would work it out. I just didn’t know how or when He would do it.

One thing I know about God is, He will remove every obstacle that hinders you from reaching your divine destiny—no matter what it is! He may allow hindrances and setbacks for a season, but that season won’t last too long. Ultimately, as I often say, God will see to it that His will is accomplished and His purpose prevails in all things.

Perhaps you’re “locked out” of something today. You’re not able to gain access to the help, resources, doors and avenues you need to get where God has called you to go. If so, don’t worry. The Lord will open up the way just as He did for the Israelites.

In Joshua 1:1-3, after Moses died, and Joshua took over his leadership role, the Lord spoke to Joshua. He told him to prepare to cross the Jordan River, because Israel was about to possess the Promised Land. “I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses,” God said.

What an incredible promise!

In Joshua 3, when the feet of the priests who were carrying the Ark of the Covenant touched the water, a miracle happened. The obstruction, the river, got out of the way. The water stood up in a heap, and Israel crossed on dry land. The Lord opened up the way.

Friend, because you are on your path to divine destiny, and God’s hand of favor is on you, He will open up the way for you too. God will cause the obstacle to move. He will command the roadblock to get out of the way and clear a path to your breakthrough. Every obstruction, hurdle and oppositional force that is standing in your way will get out of the way.  Just keep walking by faith, and expect God to give you favor.

To help you do this, I’m stirring God’s promise from Joshua 1:3 NIV into your cup of inspiration, which says, “I will give you every place where you set your foot.”

As you drink down the contents of your cup, put your full confidence in the Lord and His faithfulness to fulfill His word. Know that He is making a way out of no way, opening doors you cannot see, and ushering you into your place of promise.

Now, let’s pray.

God, thank You for removing every obstacle that hinders me from possessing the blessings, breakthroughs, and promises You have for me. I trust You totally, and I am confident that I will receive every good thing You have for me. By faith, I declare that it is mine. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

If you desire prayer, please allow me, along with my intercessory prayer team, to stand in faith with you for breakthrough. We would be so honored. We have seen God work over and over again. There is power in agreement. Click here to request prayer now.

As always, thanks for reading and until next time... may today's cup of inspiration uplift, encourage, and empower you!
