This affliction is working for you
You may be uncomfortable in your affliction, God is taking what the enemy used to destroy you and blessing you, multiplying you, increasing you, strengthening you, elevating you, and favoring you instead. After this is over, you will realize that God was up to something amazing the whole time!
Feelings change; God’s word doesn’t
Remember, circumstances change, but God doesn’t. He is the same today, yesterday, and forever. He is good all the time. He is faithful every day. His mercies are new every morning. And feelings – though they are fickle and can contradict the word – can never change that truth.
Surely, God will deliver
Maybe you are in the throes of some kind of battle today. It could be a battle with sickness or lack; at home or on the job; in ministry or in business; in your mind or in your emotions. But God is saying to you, surely, deliverance will come, because wherever trouble arises, God arises, too.
Trust God through everything
If your present season is one in which you lack clarity, God is challenging, stretching, strengthening and growing your faith muscles, so you can believe Him for greater, and do more for Him. God wants to bless you abundantly, but that requires trusting Him completely. Keep on believing!
God is sheltering you
Don’t spend an ounce of energy wondering and worrying about what Satan has up his sleeve, because the weapon might be formed, but it won’t prosper. God is sheltering you from a storm – one you can’t even see. He’s fighting battles for you that you don’t recognize. Rejoice that you’re protected!
It’s just a temporary inconvenience
When God steps into the equation, He changes the outcome. Whether you’re going through a minor setback or major issue, God is with you. He will help you recover. He will deliver you. He will provide for you. And you will look back on this temporary inconvenience and say, God turned it around.
A miracle in the desert
You’re about to see a miracle in your dry place, no matter what it looks like! God is assuring you that whatever you need is flowing to you. Where there is a shortage, He is your supply. Where there lack, He is your abundance. Where there is sickness, He is your healer. Where there is trouble, He is your deliver.
You’ve got supernatural strength!
Isn’t it good to know that the equipping power of God turns your weakness into strength? When God strengthens you, what could, would and should be impossible becomes possible. What was unbearable becomes bearable. What was unconquerable becomes conquerable. Go forth in His power!
Satan is just trying to frustrate you
Have you ever noticed that every time you give yourself fully to the work of the Lord, to prayer, to Bible study, to spiritual growth, to good works and Kingdom-building that disturbances and nuisances show up? Satan is just trying to frustrate you and stop you, but don’t let him! Here’s what to do.
You are prepared for this!
There are some roles that you are now occupying, challenges you are now facing, opposition you are now dealing with, and responsibility you are now taking on, and it doesn’t feel easy always. But that doesn’t mean you aren’t ready for it. God has already prepared and equipped you for this.
Feeling lost? God is ordering your steps.
With no evidence and no GPS, trust God’s voice despite the nagging voice of doubt calling into question the validity of what He said. God is leading you, and you can be sure that you will step into your place of promise and enjoy a new season of wholeness, because God said it.
Will you fret or rest?
It is time to make a decision right now. Will you choose faith or fear? Will you doubt or believe God? Will you fret or rest? Will you be anxious about everything or anxious about nothing? God has already given you the gift peace through His son, but you have to receive it.
All you'll ever see is victory
Today, God wants you to check your lens. How are you seeing and interpreting things? Is Scripture guiding you, or is culture influencing you? If you want to preserve your peace and live the abundant life Christ came to give you, see things through His lens, and all you’ll see is victory.
Unpredictable
None of us knows when God will do something spectacular. We can’t predict His ways. All we can do is trust His leading, His timing and His faithfulness. Though we don’t know when, where or how God will show up, we can be confident that He has extraordinary plans!
When God commands change
Perhaps you are going through a change in your life of some sort and are facing uncertain times. Know that God is holding your hand and leading you somewhere amazing. When God commands change, just say yes. and follow Him by faith. You’ll be so glad you did!
You can’t always fix it
God has great things in store for you, and there are some blessings He will release. At the same time, He will not do everything you want. Everything won’t be easy, and some things you won’t know how to fix. But be encouraged. There will also be moments when God will fix what you thought was irreparably broken.
God will help you reach your goal
Got a goal or dream that seems out of reach? Don’t worry. In today’s inspiration, Dianna Hobbs reminds you that when you are anointed, called, and destined to do something, God will flex His power for you and will see to it that you are able to grab hold of everything He has for you!
Your storm must obey God
This word is God’s way of reminding you that He is greater than your storm, and He is yet in control. The winds cannot blow more forcefully than He allows. The waves can’t crash against you more violently than He allows. The storm cannot last longer than He allows. It must obey Him.
Ask for and expect overflow
God loves to bless you so you can bless others. In today’s encouragement, Dianna Hobbs says, start asking Him for overflow. Believe Him to open Heaven’s floodgates and give you the kind of blessing you won’t have room to receive. Trust Him to enlarge you and expand you!
28 Days of Gratitude: Day 3
Have your trials ever given you a temporary case of amnesia and made you forget how faithful God is? Has prolonged trouble worn you down and pushed you into a cycle of complaining? Has a series of setbacks caused you to worry more than you worship?
